A regular meeting of the Board of trustees of the Village of McCall, Idaho, was
held on the above date and the following business transacted:
Roll Call:
Glenn Howell
Bob McBride
Ralph Faris
Wallace Hiatt
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Glenn Howell.
The minutes of December 6th. were read and approved.
Motion by Wallace Hiatt seconded by Bob McBride that the clerk be instructed
to write a letter of condolence to Joe Kasper for the Board. Carried.

Ernie Watkins made a report on the condition of the boiler at the pump house.
Mr. ,`:catkins stated that it would cost about ?1,200.00 to put the borer in
good condition, however, after such repair the boiler would probably not s tand
inspection and that he would not advise the repair.
No further business coming before the board the meeting was adjourned at
10:45 P. M.
