A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall was held on
the above date and the following business transacted:

The meting was called to ordr by Chairman Art Roberts.
The minutes of July 11, 1949 were read and approved.
Prie°-:s were received from Beal Tank and Pipe Co. for culverts for the streets in
the Brundage Subdivision of $679.71 for toncan iron F. O. B. McCall.
Motion by Forest Goodrich seconded by Bob McBride that the culverts be purchased
from Beal Tank and Pipe Co. at the above price. Carried.
Motion by Forest Goodrich seconded by Henry Hoff that the audit report be
accepted. Carried.
Motion by Forest Goodrich seconded by Bob McBride that the cemetery fund and
the library fund be transfered to the General Fund. Carried.
Motion by Forest Goodrich seconded by Bob McBride that the following eater ac—
counts be cancelled:
Frank Ellison $3.50
Pete Hammon 1.75
Forest McClelland 5.50
W. E. Mowery 3.50
Dunts Cafe 5.50
Jim Eiseman 17.50
Motion Carried.
The complaint of R. W. Merrill in the matter of his son, Dick, the Fourth of
July was brought before the Board and turned over to C. Ben Martin.

The matter of the Levy for the year 1949 was brought before the Board.
Motion by Fred Kirby seconded by Forest Goodrich that the following levy be
made.
General fund 10 mills
Airport 2 mills
Library 11, mills
Sewer Sinking 2 mills
Street Lights 3 mills
Total 18z-mills
Motion carried.
?Motion by Fred Kirby seconded by Forest Goodrich that the rules be suspended
and that Ordinance No. /5T/ being the anual levy be read once at length and
twice by title and put upon its final passage. Notion Carried.
The vote on Ordinance No. /4;-/ _as unanimous.
No further business coming before the Board, the meeting was ajourned at 10 pm.
