HomeMy Public PortalAbout1950.02.06 Council MinutesFeby. 6, 1950 A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall, Idaho, was held on the above date and the following business transacted: Roll Call: Forest Goodrich Sterling; Clark. Fred Kerby Motion by Sterling Clark seconded by Fred Kerby that Forest Goodrich be appointed Chairman Protem for the meeting. Carried. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Protem Forest Goodrich. The minutes of January 9th. were read and approved. An ordinance regulating the control of parking of motor vehicles on the Village streets was proposed. Said Ordinance was numbered #158. Motion by Fred Kerby seconded by Sterling Clark that Ord. #158 be passed under the suspension of rules. Whereupon said Ord. #158 was read once at length and twice by title and put upon it's final passage. The vote on Ord. #158 was unanimous. The r7".11 of Brown's Tie & Lumber Co, in the amount of $551.63 was read. Leonard Ackaret stated that the tires on this bill were billed at the wrong price and that it included Federal Tax. This bill was turned over to Mr. Ackaret for correction. Motion by Fred Kerby seconded by Sterling Clark that Henry Allen be appointed Acting Fire Chief during the absence of Fay Johnson. Carried. No further business coming before the Board the meeting was adjourned at 10.05 P. M.
