A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall was held on the
above date and the following business transacted:
Roll Call:
Art Roberts
Fred Kerby
Sterling Clark
Bob McBride
The Meeting was called to order by the Chariman Art Boberts.
The minutes of Feby. 6th. were read and approved.
George South Jr. appeared before the Board requesting cooperation with the Junior
Chamber of Commerce in the expense of printing banners or flags to be used in
welcoming conventions and in various celebrations. Streling Clark was to check into
the matter and find out if this could be a Village activity.
Mr. Olsen apperaed before the Board asking for the job of managing the golf course
for the coming year. Mr. Olsen to have the concession and $1.00 per day for coll-
ecting the greens fees also the right to give private lessons on the course. No
decision was made.
Steve Tucker requested the approval of several streets in the Geelan addition. The
Board felt that, where ever possible, the streets should be 60 feet wide instead of
the proposed 40 feet.
Motion by Fred Kerby seconded by Bob McBride that the necessary action be taken to
acquire 30 feet from Mrs. McCarty along the North end of the Airport for a s treet.
Motion Carried.
Mr. Tucker also ask that the water main be extneded 200feet South along the highway.
An ordinance was proposed for the control of the traffic at the airport.
Plot ion b y Bob McBride seconded by Sterling Clark that suck an ordinance be drawn
and presented at the next meeting. Carried.
Motion by Fred Kerby s econded by Bol McBride that Henry Allen be appointed Fire Chief
Motion Carried.

Motion by Fred Kerby seconded by Bob McBride that the bills be paid as read. Carried
No further business coming before the Board the meeting was adjourned -at 10:06 PK.
