A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall was held on the
above date and the following business transacted:
Roll Call:
Fred Kerby
Sterling Clark
Forest Goodrich
Bob McBride
Fred Kerby was appointed as Chairmen pro-tem in the abscence of Art Roberts.
The meeting was called to order by Fred Kerby Chaiman Pro-tem.
The minutes of May 1 were read and approved.
At the request of Wally Simmins, representing the Junior Chamber of Commerce, the
following motion was made:
Motion by Forest Goodrich seconded by Sterling Clark that the concession rights for
the Fourth of July celebration be granted to the Junior Chamber of Commerce and that
they be held responsible for the same, Carried.
Motion by Sterling Clark seconded by Forest Goodrich that the Village furnish the
necessary materials to repair the tie --ups on the City Dock also that a sign be made
and erected at the dock fixing the tie-up time to a limit of 48 hours. Carried.
