A regular meeting of the Board of trustees of the Village of McCa11 was held on
the above date and the following business transacted:
Roll Call:
Fred Kerby
Bob McBride
Sterling Clark
Motion by Bob McBride seconded by Sterling Clark that Fred Kerby be appointed
Chairman Pto tem in the abscence of Art Roberts. Carried.
The meeting was called to order by Fred Kerby, Chairman pro tem
Mr. Molony appeared before the Board with reference to the construction of streets
and water lines in land he recent ly purchased near Ford's Cafe. T he matter was
held over for further action of the Board.
George South stated they would give sufficient land for the extention of a street
to be constructed through the Molony property to extedd said street to the Railroad.
A lso for a water line through to the cemetery.
Motion by Sterling Clark seconded by Bob McBride that the Shore Lodge shall pay
$500.00 for water, the said money to be applied to their account, and that water
meters shall be ins talled by July 15, 1950, or water shall be shut off. Carried.
