A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Village of McCall was held
on the above dae and the following business transacted:

The minutes of the meeting of December 4,1950 were read. and. approved.
Motion by Fred Kerby, second by Bob McBride that the Village accept the
proposal of Ralph L.Paris,that the said Village purchase his building
on Lots one(1) and tro (2) at the corner of Second and Lenore Streets.
Said purchase price to be Twelve thousand and no/100 (12,000.00)dollars
to be paid at the rate of One hundred twenty five and nok00 (�125.00)
dollars per month including* interest, interest to be at the rate of four
per cent (4%) per annum. Said pur^rase shall be on an option basis and all
payments made shallapply as afore mentioned. Pen Ivarti.n shall draw lir
the necessary agreement. Motion carried.
Art Roberts made a Committee report on the location of the Street lights
i al_udin- the lights on the Highway from the business d.i_strict to the
river. Mr. Roberts stated that the lights had been placed in accordance
with the recommendation of the Idaho Power Company and the Village Committee.
Motion by Sterling Clark, second by Fred ?derby that the report of the
Committee be accepted. Motion carted.
