A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the village of mcCal_1_ was held.
on the above date and the following business transacted:

The minutes of the meeting of January 8,1951 were read and approved.
Motion by Sterling Clark, second by Fcrrest Goodrich that five additional
Street lights be installed as recommended by the Idaho "oti^per ^ompany.These
additional - lights will not increase the present cost due to the fact there
has been a reduction in rates. Carried
The Chairman will. enroi,nt a Committee to work out the location of these
lights.
Art Roberts made a report on legislation which would affect, the Village.

Potion by Kerby, second by Clark that the bills be allowed as read.Carried.
Kerby made -a supplemental report on the action taken regarding the Streets
on the Malony property. Acti or eelli be taken when the plat is presented.
Motion to adjourn carried and the Board adjourned at, 9.45 PM.
