A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Villaeae of McCall
was held on the above date and the following business transacted:

The mbeutes of the meeting of March 5,1951 were read and approved.
Motion by Kerby, second by McBride that the westcott Oi). Company be
allowed to extend the fill at the end of Second Street in constructing
the it new station ; provided they lay the °roper drain pipe sunder the
new fill . Motion carried.
Mrs. Kenneth Johnson and Mrs. 'Marren Cook appeared before the Board to
request an increase in the Library budget to P1250.00.

Motion by Clark, second by Kerby that the bills be allowed as read.Carried.
The mat,,.er of the Gus Paris building was held over until the 'Tali- meeting.
The budget was then discussed and various members of the Board submitted
teNtative figures, action will be taken at the may meeti.na.
