A regular meeting of the Village Board vas held on the above date and the
follo~ring business transacted:
Roll Call - Present - Art.M.Roberts, Jess D.Pdoore, Blair C.Armstrong,
Fred Pd.Kerby , Sterling Clark
Pdeeting called to order by Chairman Art P,q.Roberts.
!Minutes of Sept.B and 24th,1952 were read and approved.
An estimate on the seer survey South along the Highway was read to the Board
as follows: copy attached
Jess ltigoore reported the meeting of the Airport Commission. The Commission
recommended offering John Stringer a fair price for necessary land for this
~ extension and if he (Stringer) refuses,the Commission recommends imm-diate

y--~~ Ghairman Roberts to contact Mr.Glidten abd ~Ir.Harper to ~~.etermine the exact
:~ amount of land needed and description of same and make an official offer to
~'~: Mr.Stringer at ~a150.00 the acre.
Motion by Ar,strong, second by Kerby to suspend rules and pass resoluiton
to repair the Village water tank. Carried.
Motion by Moore, second by Kerby that the follo~ring resolution be passed by the
board. Carried.

°'-" P~gotion by Armstrong second by Kerby to enter into an agreement c~ith the Union
Pacific Railroad Company to make a water pier line cro ssing under the railroad
track on Third Street near Park Street in the Village of ~gaCa11. Garried.
I,gotion by Kerby second by Armstror~ that Jim Larkin be appointed as the
Airport Manager to replace Bob Foggy aaho had previously resigned. Carried.
The Follo~rtin bills against the Village were then read;
