The minutes of Oct.6,1952 were read and approved. and The Chairman reported on contact Frith Mr.Harper and Mr.Glidde~ informed the Board that a definate survey must be made before arty offer can be made Mr,Stri~r. Jess Moore reported on a request of the United States of America to have a. w~°itten permit to use the landinn field of the Village of McCall. Motion by Armstrong, second by Moore that Arthur ~,~,Roberts,Chairman of the Board of Trustees be authorized to enter into an agreement with the U,S. Government permitting them to land aircraft on the airport of the said Village of P,dcCall,Idaio, "lotion carried unanimous. Fred Kerby reported ~-n the gravel to bo crushed for the Village. Mr.Kerby staffed there is to be a maximum of 15x, tons crushed. The mattor of extending the server line south along the highway was discussed. The Chairman appointed Moore as Chairman of a Committee to be selected from int rested land owners tc st~,dy the proposed server extension as to possibility for construction and method of financing. A report to be made at the next Board meet:~ng. Mr,Moore brought up the matter of a Mr,John Baldwin who tivas sold a piece of property in the Geelan Add ttion which, after building, he finds he has purchased an alley, He asks action of the Board in this matter. The Board took no action and requested he bring a plat vuith proof to the next meeting. Kerby aeN~ rted on the p..aition for Street lights, The Committee recommends t4~~o lights~at Spruce and the County Road, also one at the East end of Spruce Street. Motion by Kerby second by Clark that the Village accept the rededication of a portion of Lot 5, See.8,T.1.8 Nr~ ~E as submitted by the property or:Tners. Motion carried.
