above date. and the following business transacted:

The Chairman of the Board being absent,the Clerk called the meeting to
order and asked for a motion to elect a Cha.irman.,pro tem.
lU~otion by Armstrong,s~:cond by Moore that Fred Kerby act as Chairman.

The minutes of the last regular meeting were read and az~~roved.
A letter from P~:rs.~'_ussell P4.Brovan regarding a hot vrater tank vrhich vaas
burned out due to vrater being shut off last Fall 4~ras read. This is not
a claim against the Village and is covered by the water ordinance.
