After a thorough study of all available information and considerable discussion of drawings and. estimates furnished b;r `s~endell Smith, Engineer, the following decisions t~rere reached: 1. That t'r~e Tillage Board continue stud,; on the nrooosa7_ of amain line sewer for ~:.oth Lakeport and Gieland :`;ditions, following the creek or main drainage lying between Passey~ s and ?ap- ~ t s property continuing to the river. 2. It is the opinion of this con°r.ittee that if such a plan is carried out, a >>opular vote of the taxpa~rers of i:cCall can -~,e obtained and the se~,rer system ti~rould then be adequate for the needs of '~icCa11 for all time to come. It is also recornr~ended tn.<t the Villa,~;e roard to}ce slbeps to levy a small tax to tn.e users of the sewer systerl to raise su_="ficient frnd.s for the village to maintain said s~,rstem :in ~--ood repair. ~~'igures ar~d Plans ~oresented to t'rii_s committee yvere only rou^h est-.rates anal could vary some e wither war. ~H'~?~;1?T~v;CIT.~dG shou]_d be done by General Cbligaticm ~?ond, or Sewer P.evenue 'pond. /f ~' Cha:ir:~~an
