AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 98-8
ESTABLISH CURFEWS FOR MINORS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
Ordinance No. 98-8 is hereby amended to reflect that said Ordinance shall be added
_ to the Code of the Borough of Carteret as Section 168-11 and captioned "Curfews".
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this Ordinance shall take effect immediately
and be published in accordance with law.
