In the absence of the Clerk, Chairman Roberts designated Jess
Moore to act as Clerk.
The minutes of the orevi.cus meeting were read and aooroved
as read.
A report was given by Re:naklus on the Paris property. He int'ormed
the Board that it cannot purchase the property 'without holding;
~,,, an election for that purpose, unless the purchase price was.

~' it was reported that Villages such as ours are leving a tax of

F.~berts reported that the matter of the forged check ~~aould be

Ackaret reported that the rating Bureau recommended adoptin~T a
standard code and would furnish amore definite report at a
later date.
