1) Public Hearing Continuation –76 Emerson Rd. – to review the historic merits of a
formerly existing one family cape style home built around 1934 that was demolished
without a permit. Proposed is a single family house. Connor Maguire and Krista

2) Public Hearing - 10 Winter St. - Proposed is the demolition of a 3 unit structure built in
approximately 1900. Proposed use of the site is as part of a multimodal community path,
