AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO ZONING; REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
428 PASSED AND APPROVED MAY 20, 1981; CHANGING ZONE
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE MCCALL AREA OF
CITY IMPACT; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE MCCALL
AREA OF CITY IMPACT; AND DIRECTING THE CITY AND COUNTY
ENGINEERS TO ENDORSE SUCH CHANGES ON SAID MAP.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 428 changing zoning as
hereinafter provided was not published within 30 days
after its passage and approval as required by law and
therefore is not effective; and
WHEREAS, proper notices of hearing having been
given and appropriate hearings thereon having been held
as required by law, by the McCall Area of City Impact
Planning and Zoning Commission and the McCall City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 428, passed and
approved May 20, 1981, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That the Zone classification of the
following described real property in the McCall Area of
City Impact, now zoned partially Zone "A" -Low Density
Residential and partially Zoned "E" -Agricultural District,
shall be and is hereby changed to Zone "A" -Low Density
Residential, for the entire tract, to -wit:
N 1/2 NE 1/4, NE 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 10, Township
10 North, Range 3 East, B.M., Valley County, Idaho.
Section 3. That the Zone classification of the
following described real property in the McCall Area of
City Impact, now zoned partially Zone "A" -Low Density
Residential and partially Zoned "E" -Agricultural District,
shall be and is hereby changed to Zone "A" -Low Density
Residential, for the entire tract, to -wit:
N 1/2 S 1/2, S 1/2 NE 1/4, SE 1/4 NW 1/4, Section
10, Township 12 North, Range 3 East, B.M., Valley
County, Idaho
Section 4. That the Zoning Map of the McCall Area
of City Impact be, and the same is hereby amended to
make the Zone classification changes hereinabove set
forth and the city and Valley County engineers are hereby
directed to endorse such Zone changes on said
