ORDINANCE NO,
AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO ZONING; CHANGING ZONE
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY; AND AMEND-
ING THE "MAP OF ZONING" AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO ENDORSE SUCH CHANGE ON SAID MAP.
WHEREAS, proper notices of hearing having been given
and appropriate hearings thereon having been held as required
by law, by the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission and the
McCall City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF McCALL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Zone classification of the following
described premises shall be and is hereby changed from zone F -
Urban Agriculture and Recreation to Zone A - Low Density Residential,
to -wit:
A tract of land in the NWq NE4j Section 16, Township 18 N.,
R.3E., B.M., more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said subdivision;
thence North along the West boundary of said subdivision a distance
of 400 feet; to the point of real beginning; thence North along the
West boundary of said subdivision a distance of 550 feet; thence East
parallel to the South boundary of said subdivision a distance of 400
feet; thence South parallel to the West boundary of the said subdi-
vision a distance of 741.29 feet; thence West parallel to the South
boundary of the said subdivision a distance of 192 feet; thence North
parallel to the West boundary of the said subdivision a distance of
191.29 feet; thence West parallel to the South boundary of the said
subdivision a distance of 208 feet to the real point of beginning.
Section 2. That the Map of Zoning of the City of McCall,
Idaho, be, and the same is hereby amended to include the Zone Classi-
fication change hereinabove made and the city engineer is hereby
directed to endorse such Zone change on said map.
