AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO ZONING; CHANGING ZONE CLASSIFICA-
TION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY; AND AMENDING THE McCALL AREA OF
CITY IMPACT "MAP OF ZONING" AND DIRECTING THE COUNTY EN-
GINEER TO ENDORSE SUCH CHANGE ON SAID MAP.
WHEREAS, proper notices of hearing having been given and
appropriate hearings theron having been held as required by law,
by the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission and the McCall City
Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF McCALL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Zone classification of the following -
described premises shall be and is hereby changed from Zone E -
Agriculture to Zone B - Medium Density Residential, to -wit:
SE1/4, NE1/4 of Section 18, 518N, 43E, B,M., Valley County,
Idaho, approximately 40 acres.
Section 2. That the Zone classification of the following -
described premises shall be and is hereby changed from Zone A -
Low Density Residential to Zone D - Industrial, to -wit:
111/2, SW1/4, NW1/4, Section 17, T18N, R3E; NW1/4, SW1/4, Section 17,
T18N, R3E; and W 660' of Lot 17, Section 17, T18N, R3E, approximately
65 acres.
Section 3. That the Map of Zoning of the City of McCall
Area of City Impact, be, and the same is hereby amended to include
the Zone Classification change hereinabove made and the County
Engineer is hereby directed to endorse such Zone change on said map.
