AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO ADOPTED BY SEC-
TION 3-16-2 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF McCALL, IDAHO;
PROVIDING A NEW SPECIAL DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS
THE PUBLIC SCHOOL ZONE DISTRICT; DESCRIBING THE LANDS
TO BE INCLUDED IN SUCH DISTRICT; AND AMENDING THE
McCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO, LAND USE PLAN MAP CON-
STITUTING PART OF SAID GENERAL PLAN TO SHOW SUCH LANDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF McCALL, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section VII A of the General Plan
adopted by Section 3-16-2 of the Village Code of McCall,
Idaho, be and the same is hereby amended by the addition
thereto of a new Special District as follows:
5. Public School Zone District -to establish a
special zoning district within the city for public
schools and uses specifically related thereto.
Section 2. That the McCall, Valley County, Idaho, Land
Use Plan Map adopted as part of the General Plan be and is
hereby amended to show the following described property as
Public School Zone District, to -wit:
A parcel of land situate in the S2NW4, Section 15,
Township 18 North, Range 3 East, B.M., Valley County,
Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the quarter corner common to Sections 15
and 16, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, B.M., Valley
County, Idaho; thence North 0°25' East 10.00 feet along
the line common to Sections 15 and. 16 to the real point
of beginning; thence North 0°25' East 980 feet along
said section line; thence South 89°47'08" East, 1760
feet on a line parallel with the South line of the
NWc of Section 15; thence South 0°25' West, 980 feet
on a line parallel with the West line of Section 15,
to a point 10.00 feet North of the South line of the
NWG of Section 15; thence North 89°47'08" West, 1760
feet on a line parallel with the South line of the
NW4 of Section 15 to the point of beginning, containing
39.60 acres, more or less.
