Sideris, Resolution#31 R-2011- 31 Council President Stephen P.Corbett, WHEREAS: The City known as the Town of Watertown entered into a lease Vice President with WaterPart LLC for property at One Arsenal Place; and John A. Donohue, Councilor At Large WHEREAS: That lease is intended to benefit the operations of the federal Susan G. Falkoff, Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force ("OCDETF'); and Councilor At Large WHEREAS: The operations of the OCDETF will benefit the Town in providing Anthony PalrAt Large specialized training and support for the Town's police department as well as Councilor At Large IJ g 1>p p p providing an additional level of protection for the Town's residents; and Angeline B.Kounelis, District A Councilor WHEREAS: The Town has entered into a reimbursement agreement with the I Cecilia Lenk, OCDETF to fund the lease and activities at One Arsenal Place; and District B Councilor Vincent J.Piccirilll,Jr., WHEREAS: The General Laws, Chapter 44, 53E '/z authorizes the creation of a District C Councilor revolving fund as a mechanism for the dedication of funds derived from a John J.Lawn,Jr., specific municipal operation to the future support of such operation; and District D Councilor WHEREAS: The Town Council of the City known as the Town of Watertown authorized the establishment of a revolving fund pursuant to G.L. ch. 44, 53E '/2 to be known as the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Lease Revolving Fund. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that there shall be deposited into said Revolving Fund all revenues received from any source in connection with the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Lease, including any reimbursements received from the federal government; and from said Revolving Fund expenditures may be made for the Town's obligations under the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Lease with the approval of the Town Manager, in an amount not to exceed $1,350,000 during Fiscal Year 2012, provided that expenditures in excess of said $1,350,000 may be authorized by vote of the Town Co ncil.
