RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MOAB AND
BOB'S SANITATION FOR TEMPORARY SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES.
Whereas, the City of Moab is in need of temporary, emergency solid waste collection services;
and
Whereas, Bob's Sanitation has the ability to provide such services; and
Whereas, the Solid Waste Collection Agreement has been presented to this meeting of the Moab
City Council;
NOW THEREFORE, WE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB DO
HEREBY RESOLVE TO APPROVE THE AGREEMENT IN SUBSTANTIALLY THE FORM
PRESENTED TO THIS MEETING, AND DIRECT THE APPROPRIATE PARTIES TO
EXECUTE AND DELIVER THE AGREEMENT.
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by action of the Governing Body of Moab City in open session this
9th day of February 1999.
