A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNEO FLORIDAO NAMING THE
PARK LOCATED AT 401 HAMPTON LANE AS HAMPTON
PARK; PROVIDING FOR AUTHORIZATION; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, on February 29,2016, the Village of Key Biscayne (the "Village") acquired
401 Hampton Lane for purposes of a public park (the "Property"); and
\THEREAS' the Village Council desires to name the Property as "Hampton Park"; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council finds that this Resolution is in the best interest and
welfare of the citizens of the Village.
NO\il, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF KBY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Recitals. That each of the above-stated recitals are hereby adopted,
confirmed, and incorporated herein.
Section 2. Naming. That the Village Council names the Property as "Hampton
Park."
Section 3. Implementation. That the Village Council authorizes the Village
Manager to take any and all actions necessary to implement the intent of this Resolution.
Section 4. Effective Date. That this Resolution shall be effective immediately upon
adoption.
