Add:
Councilor Kounelis stated that meetings are being scheduled during
working hours and part time councilors can't always participate at 9am
and 11 am. She indicated that councilors should make meetings available
for the general public to participate in if they so choose as well as elected
officials and daytime meetings are inconvenient.
