AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND DESCRIBING THE AREA TO BE
ZONED; THE USES FOP lEICH BUILDINGS HAY BE CONSTRUCTED AND THE
PENALTIES THAT MAY BE LEVIED FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
McCALL, IDAHO:
1. That it shall hereafter be, and it is hereby declared to be unlawful
for any person, persons, firm, partnership, or corporation to erect or
construct, to alter existing structures, or cause or permit to be erected,
constructed or altered, on any premises withing the following zone or
area hereby created, any building or buildings which shall be used for,
or designed or intended to be used for other than residential, church
or municipal purposes, to-wit:
Those areas in the Village of McCall, Valley County Idaho which are
designated as. South Shore Subdivision, Brundage Subdivision and certain
other lands which are embraced within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the junction of the North Fork of the Payette River
and Big Payette Lakes and thence along the east side of such river
in a Southerly and Westerly direction to a point which is the point
of intersection of the North Fork of the Payette River and a line
common to Section 8 and Section 17, and thence East along said
common. Section line to a meander corner common to Lots 1 and 2
of Section 17 and thence in a North Easterly direction to the
North side of Mather Road which marks the Southwest corner of the
U. S. Forest Service land designated as No. 1109 thence North along
said line to its intersection with a line common to Lot 6
and Lot 7 of Section 8,. thence west along said line to State Street,
thence North along State Street to State Highway No. 15, thence in
an Easterly direction to the intersection of said State Highway
No. 15 with the section line common to Sections 8 and 9, thence
North to Big Payette Lake, thence in Westerly direction along said
Lake Shore line to the point of beginning.
2. Any person, persons, firm, partnership, or corporation who erects
or constructs or who begins the erection, contruction, or alteration
or who causes the beginning of the erection, construction or alteration
of any building other than for use as a residence, church or municipal
building on any premises within the above described area, shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and a conviction thereof shall be fined not less than
(5 ) Dollars nor more than (5 ) Dollars.
3. Each day any violation of this ordinance continues shall be deemed
a separate offense.
4. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure
necessary in the interest and for the promotion of the public health,
safety, convenience, peace, comfort, order, and public welfare of said
Village and of the inhabitants thereof. The reason for such necessity
lies in the fact that the construction of a building or buildings other
than a building for residence, church ar municipal purposes is at this
time being contemplated.
5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after

in a Southerly and Westerly direction to a point which is the point
of intersection of the North Fork of the Payette River and a line
common to Section 8 and Section 17, and thence East along said
common Section line to a meander corner common to Lots 1 and 2
of Section 17 and thence in a North Easterly direction to the
North side of Mather Road which marks the Southwest corner of the
U. S. Forest Service land designated as No. 40, thence North along
said line to its intersection with a line common to Lot 6
and Lot 7 of Section 8, thence west along said line to State Street,
thence North along State Street to State Highway No. 15, thence in
an Easterly direction to the intersection of said State Highway
No. 15 with the section line common to Sections 8 and 9, thence
North to Big Payette Lake, thence in Westerly direction along said
Lake Shore Line to the point of beginning.
2. Any person, persons, firm, partnership, or corporation who erects
