AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO ZONING; CHANGING ZONE CLASSI-
FICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY; AND AMENDING THE "MAP OF
ZONING" AND DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ENDORSE SUCH
CHANGE ON SAID MAP.
WHEREAS, proper notices of hearing having been given and
appropriate hearings thereon having been held as required by law,
by the McCall Planning and Zoning Commission and the McCall City
Council.
rr) ;- ' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
'--Or THE CITY OF MCCALL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Zone classification of the following
described premises shall be and is hereby changed from Zone A Low Density
Residential to Zone C Commercial, to -wit:
A parcel of land situate in the Eh of the SES of the NE4,
Section 7, T18N. R3E, B.M., City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the 4 corner common to Sections 7 and 8, T18N,
R3E, B.M., City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho; thence, N. 0°
11' 39"E., 296.33 feet, along the Section line common to said
Sections 7 and 8, to the Real Point of Beginning;
Thence, N.0°11'39"E., 105.00 feet, along said Section line,
to the Southerly right-of-way line of State Highway 55, thence,
N. 73°30'00" W., 104.19 feet along said right-of-way with said
Section line, thence 5.89°39'37"E., 100.00 feet, on a line
parallel to the Center Section line of said Section 7, to the
Point of Beginning.

A Parcel of land situate in the E2 of the SEQ of the NEk,
Section 7, T18N, R3E., B.M., City of McCall, Valley County,
Idaho; more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the ; corner common to Sections 7 and 8, T18N.,
R3E., B.M., City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho, the Real Point
of Beginning: Thence, NO°11'39" E., 296.33 feet, along the
Section line common to said Sections 7 and 8; Thence N.89°39'37"W.,
100.00 feet; thence S.0°11'39"W., 296.33 feet on aline parallel
with said Section line, Thence, S 89°39'37"E., 100.00 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
Section 2. That the Map of Zoning of the City of McCAll, Idaho, be,
and the same is hereby amended to include the Zone classification change
hereinabove made and the city engineer is hereby directed to endorse such
Zone change on said map.
