AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
IVHDDLESEX COUNTY AND THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET -
LEASE AGREEMENT FOR AN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM FACILITY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to approve and
execute a lease agreement with Saint Elias Greek Catholic Church and Middlesex County
for an Education Program Facility.
Adopted this 17" day of May, 2012
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 18, 2012.
