Mayor Vandernail called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

2. Approval of Agenda:
Trustee Quinn moved, and Trustee Miller seconded the motion to approve the agenda.
Motion carried: 7-0.
3. In Memory of Pat Taylor:
Members of the Board honored Pat Taylor.
4. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes May 6, 2020
Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to approve the consent
agenda. Motion carried: 7-0.
5. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding:
a) Resolution 2020-05-07 Business Relief
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to approve Resolution
2020-05-07 Business Relief Motion carried: 7-0.
b) Ordinance 478 Amending The Model Traffic Code
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Miller seconded the motion to approve Ordinance
No. 478 Amending The Model Traffic Code Motion carried: 7-0.

c) Town Board Retreat
The Board discussed when the Town Board Retreat should be held. They decided to
hold on selecting a date until they can all come back together in person. In the
meantime, a Town Board Retreat agenda shall be made.
6. Open Forum:
a) Business not on the agenda — none
7. Updates:
Mayor Philip Vandernail —Transit Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting update.
Trustee Soles —gave statics on where Grand County stands with the 2020 Census and
emphasized how important the Census is to Grand County. The Census has also been
extended to October.
Trustee Quinn — expressed concern about the development process.
Trustee Waldow— Both Trustee Quinn and Trustee Waldow attended the Zoom meeting
with Congressman Joe Neguse — Heroes Act, Cares Act and CDOT match forgiveness
was discussed.
8. Executive Session:
To discuss the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of real, personal, or other
property interest under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(a).
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to open the executive
session at 7:35 p.m. Motion carried: 7-0.
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Miller seconded the motion to close the executive
session at 7:55 p.m. Motion carried: 7-0.
9. Adiourn:
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion
carried: 7-0. Meeting adjourned at 7:56 p.m.
