Mayor Vandernail called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

2. Approval of Agenda:
Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Barwick seconded the motion to approve the
agenda. Motion carried: 7- 0.
3. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes June 3, 2020
b) Resolution 2020-06-07 Solar Crosswalk Lighting Installation
Trustee Barwick moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to approve the
consent agenda. Motion carried: 7-0.
4. Public Hearing And Possible Action:
a) Fraser Tap Room Dba Tin Cup Tavern
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Barwick seconded the motion to approve Resolution
2020-06-06 Fraser Tap Room DBA Tin Cup Tavern liquor license. Motion carried: 7-0.
5. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding:
a) Resolution 2020-06-08 Adopting Water Supply Master Plan
No action. The staff will set up a presentation at a future meeting.
b) Resolution 2020-06-09 Authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement Regarding
The Coronavirus Relief Fund

Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Barwick seconded the motion to approve Resolution
2020-06-09 Authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement Regarding The Coronavirus
Relief Fund Motion carried: 7-0.
c) Fraser Mural Walk Budget
The Board asked staff to write a letter to the Grand County Tourism Board signed by the
Mayor, requesting that they release grant funding money at this time. The town has
applied for a $5,000 grant toward the Fraser Mural Walk.
Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Barwick seconded the motion to approve $8500 for
the Fraser Mural Walk Budget. Motion carried: 7-0.
6. Open Forum:
a) Business not on the agenda
7. Updates:
Weick- Picnic in the Park will be presented virtually live from KFFR until the current PHO
gathering of no more than 10 people changes. The town will have swag available at
businesses during Picnic in the Park.
8. Executive Session:
To discuss the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of real, personal, or other
property interest under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(a).
Trustee Barwick moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to open the Executive
Session at 7:55 p.m. Motion carried: 7-0.
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Barwick seconded the motion to close the Executive
Session at 8:19 p.m. Motion carried: 7-0.
9. Adjourn:
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Miller seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion
carried: 7-0. Meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
