Staff: Town Manager Jeff Durbin; Town Clerk, Antoinette McVeigh; Town
Planner Catherine Trotter; Marketing and Economic Development
Manager, Sarah Wieck; Finance Manager, Beth Williams; Police Chief,
Glen Trainor

Mayor Vandernail called the meeting to order at 11:03 a.m.

2. Approval of Agenda:
Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to approve the agenda.
Motion carried: 6-0.
3. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding:
a) Ordinance 479 Requiring Masks or Use of Facial Coverings
Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to approve Ordinance
479 Requiring Masks or Use of Facial Coverings with the following changes:
1. The Town Board will declare that the Emergency has passed
2. The addition of Section 3. Exceptions: D. Persons seated in beverage and /or food
establishments following state and local public health orders and E. Indoor businesses
or meeting rooms where social distancing is provided and while persons are seated.
Motion carried: 6-0.

Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion
carried: 6-0. Meeting adjourned at 11:46 a.m.
