Plan-It LICENSE AGREEMENT:
Important-Read Carefully .
By installing, copying or using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (Plan-It) yo u agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the
terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software Product; you may return it for a full refund .
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE PROTECTION
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws as we ll as other intellectual property laws.
LIMITATIONS
Not for Resale Software. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be resold for cost or zero cost without the prior permission of
Strategic Insights.
Network Use . You may store or install a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a storage device or network. Use by parties who
may be on the network but are not identified on this license is prohibited.
System Alteration. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be altered in any way to extend the expiration date or make applicable
to other uses without the prior permission of Strategic Insights.
Rental. You may not rent , lease or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT without the prior permission of Strategic Insights.
S upport Services. Strategic Insights or its supp liers may provide you with technica l assistance related to the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT. Use of such support services is governed by the programs described in other Strategic Insights-provided materials.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Strategic Insights warrants that (a) the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written
materials for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt, and (b) any Technical Support Services provided by Strategic Insights
or partner shall be delivered to you substantially as de scribed in accompanying materials. All financial and technical data supp lied to
Strategic Insights will be held in confidence and only used if permission is granted or if available under the Freedom oflnformation Act.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Strategic Insights or its suppliers be liable for any spe cial,
incidental , indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for lo ss of bu siness profits, business
interruption , lo ss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability or use the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT or the provision of or failme to provide support service s. In any case , Strategic Insights' or its supp liers' entire liability under
any provision of this License Agreement shall be lin1ited to the amount actually paid by you for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
