Some comments:
Mr. Tracy is extremely transparent and responsive to all issues
raised. His expertise in the area has and continues to be a
valuable asset to the Town.
Tom is very knowledgeable in matters of municipal finance,
prompt in response to requests for information, willing and
able to rework data into an easily understood format, helpful in
offering solutions to problems, and a pleasure to work with.
Mr. Tracy is courteous, knowledgeable and willing to assist
when asked for information.
Many goals focused on developing a relationship with the
school business manager to have a collaborate working
relationship so that the budget process and other issues that
face the town and the schools moving forward will go
smoothly.

Total avg. is 3.74 which is between meets requirements (3) and
exceeds expectations (4)
Some comments:
In my opinion Val does an exceptional job assisting the Council
with all it's initiatives. Everything is done timely and in
accordance with the council rules.
Develop better familiarity with the video monitor interface in
the council chamber. Allow for and encourage easy transitions
between councilors laptops or handover of a wireless mouse to
presenters so that they can control what's on the screen
through the clerk's computer.
I think Val does an exceptional job managing the work of the
council, including responding to residents calls for assistance,
managing agendas and minutes, and taking directions from the
Council president and other Councilors. She has embraced the
use of technology and been instrumental in moving forward in
that area.
