RE80LIITION FOR THE ADOPTION OF A SERVICE
AWARDS BENEFIT PROGRAM FOR THE RIVERDALE
VOLIINTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Town of Riverdale maintains fire protection for
its citizens through a volunteer fire department;
WHEREAS, the Town of Riverdale desires to recognize and to
promote the outstanding efforts of its volunteer fire fighters;
NOW, THEREFORE, upon roll call vote, duly recorded, and
unanimously carried, it was:
RESOLVED, that the Town of Riverdale hereby
adopts and incorporates the Service Awards Program
Criteria and Benefits set forth in the documents
attached to the Resolution herein;
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is
hereby authorized to make all necessary payments
to activate said program and to place it into
effect.
