Good Day,
I would like to try to please get some information (Company name, Email, phone number and contact name) for each of the
companies the city has an existing Emergency service contract agreement?
This could range from:
Water management company
Electrical
General contractor
Plumbing
Towing
Hurricane clean up
Water removal/Mold mitigation
Ambulance services
Trauma centers
Chemical cleanups
Engineering Services
Regional transit (for evacuations)
Search and rescue
Etc

The Town of Gulf Stream has received your public records request dated August 28, 2018. The

these records by going to www.gulf-stream.org, then click on “Find a Town Record”. From
there, click on “Town Clerk”, then “Contracts & Agreements”. There you will find the Town’s
contracts, including those for various emergency services. Many of the contract files include the
company name and contact information for the company.
Please be advised that pursuant to the Public Records Laws, the duty of the Town of Gulf Stream
is to provide access to, or copies of, public records at a reasonable time in reasonable conditions.
The Town of Gulf Stream is not required to provide information from our records.
If you would like to clarify your request or, after reviewing the above referenced records, you
seek additional records, please let us know.
If the Town does not receive clarification from you within 30 days of this letter, we will consider
this request closed.
