A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO APPROPRIATE $25,000
FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED CONTINGENCY SET-ASIDE FUND TO THE
CONTINGENCY SET-ASIDE ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, during this year's budget process, the Contingency Set-Aside
account in the City Manager's Office was zeroed out to ensure that the account
maintained a balance of $500,000 or more per City policy and Resolution No. 2006.110;
and
WHEREAS, staff is requesting to have monies appropriated in the amount of
$25,000 into the City Manager's Contingency Set-Aside account 1051.25.260.67901 to
fund any unforeseen expenditures for FY 12.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood authorized the City
Manager or Designee to appropriate monies from the unappropriated Contingency Set-
Aside Fund to the Contingency Set-Aside account.
Section 2. That the City Council approves the following appropriation:

Section 3. This Resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
