AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA,
DESIGNATING THE TOWN COMMISSIONER AS THE LOCAL
PLANNING AGENCY FOR PURPOSES OF REVIEWING THE
TOWN'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, HOLDING PUBLIC HEARINGS
IN REGARD THERETO, AND TO CARRY OUT ALL ACTIVITIES
DESIGNATED BY STATE STATUTE OF THE LOCAL PLANNING
AGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN
OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
The Town Commission hereby designates the Town
Commission of the Town of Gulf Stream as the Local Planning
Agency to review the Comprehensive Plan of the Town, hold
public hearings in regard thereto, and carry out all
activities designated by the State Statute of the Local
Planning Agency in regard to the Comprehensive Plan.
