The Greencastle Common Council met in Special Session Monday, October 28, 2002, 6:00 p.m.
at City Hall. Mayor Michael called the meeting to Order at 6:00 p.m. On the Roll Call, the
following were found to be present: Councilor Roach, Councilor Sedlack and Councilor Liechty.
Councilor Hammer was late arriving at 6:05 p.m. Councilor Rokicki was absent.
Ordinance 2002 -13, An Ordinance Establishing Election Districts for the City of Greencastle,
Indiana, Putnam County, second reading. Motion to approve made by Councilor Roach,
seconded by Councilor Sedlack. Vote was unanimous.
Mayor Michael stated Trick or Treat hours have not been set. Councilor Roach made the motion
to allow trick or treating Thursday, October 31, 2002 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., seconded by
Councilor Liechty. Vote was unanimous.
Council Appointment to the Economic Development Commission was made on a motion by
Councilor Roach to nominate Councilor Mike Rokicki.
Councilor Hammer arrives at this time and seconded the motion to appoint Councilor Rokicki to
the Economic Development Commission. Vote was unanimous.
Motion to adjourn made by Councilor Roach at 6:07 p.m., seconded by Councilor Sedlack. Vote
was unanimous.
