RESOLUTION 2021-03-03
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2020 GRAND COUNTY HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN
WHEREAS, Grand County, Colorado with the assistance of the Town of Fraser and
other local government bodies has gathered information and prepared the Grand
County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan ("the Plan"); and
WHEREAS, the Grand County Multi Hazard Mitigation Plan has been prepared in
accordance with FEMA requirements at 44 C.F.R. 201.6; and
WHEREAS, Grand County is a local unit of government that has afforded the citizens
and opportunity to comment and provide input in the Plan and the actions set forth in
the Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of Trustees for the Town of Fraser has reviewed the Plan
and affirms that to the extent requested by Grand County, the Town of Fraser will
provide assistance to update the Plan no less than every five years.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Trustees Hereby Adopted the 2020 Grand County Hazard Mitigation
Plan.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
