Item: CRS Audit/Section 420 Mapping—Ecological Planning Group Proposal is $9,500. City received one other
proposal which was higher and one response that the firm had a potential conflict of interest. Project is time
sensitive to meet ISO/CRS representative's site visit schedule.
Funding requires transferring funds from the general fund balance. City council could approve moving $9,500
from the Green Space Fund of the general fund balance to the TEMA account— 100-3920-52-3225 (CRS—
Flood Awareness). Current balance in the Green Space fund is
