Certificate of Compliance
William and MaryAnn Siclari 20 High Tide Ln.
The construction of an addition, replacement of a septic tank,removal of a shed, patio, and
timber wall, and installation of mitigation plantings. Work occurred within 100'to the Edge of a
Wetland, Coastal Bank, Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, on a Coastal Bank, and in the
Pleasant Bay ACEC.
Motion: A motion to approve the Certificate of Compliance was made by Ms. Farber and
seconded by Ms. Bruce.
Vote: 6-0-0
Administrative Reviews
. Bruce Wolfe 17 Weeset Proprietors Way
Proposed trimming of 5-10 small poplars for view purposes. Work to be done by Hard Rock
Landscaping.
Motion: A motion to approve the Administrative Review was made by Ms. Bruce and seconded
by Ms. Farber.
Vote: 6-0-0
Thomas and Deborah Formica 27 Blue Heron Way
Proposed pruning of view corridor. Work to be done by A to Z Tree.
Mr. Jannell reported pruning work was approved a few years ago.
Motion:A motion to approve the Administrative Review was made by Ms. Farber and seconded
by Ms. Bruce
Vote: 6-0-0
Nina Crowley 6 Meadow Way
Proposed removal of two trees and pruning of 4 trees. Work to be done by Cape Cod Yard &
Tree.
Motion: A motion to approve the Administrative review was made by Ms. Farber and seconded
by Ms. Bruce.
Vote: 6-0-0
Chairman's Business
Approval of the Minutes from the meeting on 8/20 and 8/27
No action taken at this time.
Ms. Farber informed the Commission of upcoming Dredge Committee meetings.
Motion:A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Ms. Farber and seconded by Ms. Bruce.
Vote: 6-0-0
The meeting adjourned at 8:45 a.m.
