The meeting came to order at 7:05 p.m,
See the attached memorandum that recaps the meeting discussion,
Relating to the discussion on the pump-back line, Kirk Klancke stated there would be
no approval of pump-back change order without additional information provided to
ToFjGC. FSD Board Members Sumrall and Matteson concurred with Klancke's
statement.
