THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE, IT, ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
Chapter 182, Section 6 of the Code of the Borough of Carteret titled "Parks" and
subtitled "Behavior in Parks" is amended by adding a new suhsection "N" which shall
read as follows:
N The Council from time to time shall be permitted to make such roles and
regulations, as it shall deem appropriate for the use of the park and park facilities
Rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this subsection shall be posted
in summao' form, in the park for which the rule is intended to apply
Nothing herein shall be interpreted to require the posting of; nor to modi~ or
reduce the effectiveness of any other rules, regulati?ns, requirements or obligations
established in this chapter 82
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that all ordinances inconsistent with or in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency
BE IT FURTHER, ORDAINED that if any section, paragraph clause or provision
of the ORDINANCE shall be adjudged invalid, such ac[iudication shall apply only to
the section, paragraph, clause or provision so abjudged and remainder of the
ordinance shall be deemed valid and effective.
