Council met in regular session..
�.rayor Vahlsing presideel and. Councilmen Boeke, Heddens
Hook- Junker and Okones Present-;
Clerk Geerdes being absent, r��rartin Boeke was appointed
clerk pro-tem ;
The council found that the notice of time and. place of
hearing, for the purpose of transferring �p2000.00 from the Water-
�Vorks fund to the Consolidated Fund had been published on the
5th day of June in the '.Vellsburg Herald-tiYellsburg, Iowa.
That there being no objections filed or presented the
council ado ted the Amendment to the Budget and approved_ the
transfer of �2000.00 from the Waterworks Fund. to the Consloidated
Fund, and that the Clerk and Treasurer �.�rere directed to make
such transfer on their books. _ _
Roll Call.
Ayes- Boeke- Heddens - Hook Junker- Okones.
Motion for the approval was made by councilman Junker second by
Hook.
The Treasurers retiort �.uas presented, read and ordered placed on
file -
The following bills were nresentec' and on motion by Heddens
