FUNDED THROUGH THE GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, the borough of Carteret is in need of specialized engineering services in
regard to cost qua IGcations /proposal for a grant funded program for lire Arthur Kill Ferry
Terminal; and
WHEREAS, (he Borough Engineer, T &bl Associates, possess the requisite skill and
expertise to provide said services; and
WHEREAS, till glr the federal procurement procedure T&bI Associates has submitted
a proposal to paw ide said engineering services al a total cost not to exceed $499,933.29;
and
- -- -- WHEREAS, the v I ayor and Council have reviewed said proposal; - -- - --
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that finds are or will be available
through the S.LD. apital Fund for said purpose.
NOW, TI-IEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:

And the Borough of Carteret a municipal Corporation having its Principal Office at the
Borough Hall, 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey.
As per Resolution Number` 12 -75.
THE CONTRACTOR does hereby agree to perform the following:
PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT FERRY TERMINAL DESIGN FOR
FUNDING THROUGH THE GRANT FUND.
NOT TO EXCEED $499,933.29
According to the terms set forth in the Resolution.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set forth in the
Resolution.
