RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 7HE ISSUANCE OF
AMUSEMENT GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE FOR YEAR
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for an AMUSEMENT GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S
LICENSE for the Year 2012by the following:
VANESS VENDING
635 CHANCELLOR AVENUE
IRVINGTON, NJ 07111
WHEREAS, said application has been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department, in compliance with the Borough Ordinance
Regulating and Licensing Amusement Games and said Department
recommends that a License for the current year be issued to the
applicant(s) listed above.
NOW, THERERORE, BE IT AND rr IS HEREBY RESOLVPD,by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk
be and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an AMUSFiRENT
GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE for the YEAR2012 to the applicant(s)
hereby approved, upon receipt of the proper fee.
Adopted this 7th day of June, 2012, and
certified as a true copy of the original
on June 8th, 2012.
