- RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE(S).
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICFSVSE(S) -for
the YEAR 2012 by the following:

Laundry Plus Chateau Madrid
777 -779 Roosevelt Avenue 8 Holly Street
MIEREAS, said application(s) has /have been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department, in compliance with the Borough Ordi -.
nance Regulating and Licensing Amusement Devices and said Police
Department recommends that a License for the current Year be
issued to the applicant(s) listed above.
NOW, MOZE[ORE, BE 17 AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be
and is hereby authorized and directed to issue.an AMUSEMENT DEVICE
LICENSE for the YEAR2612 to the applicant(s) hereby approved,upon
receipt of the proper fee.
