AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE TWA PERMIT
FOR THE WATERFRONT MARINA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the Mayor and
appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute the Treatment Works Approval
Permit Application with regard to the Waterfront Marina, in a form approved by the Borough
Attorney and Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 7" day of June, 2012
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 8, 2012.
