SUMMARY STATEMENT:
During the close of the Council meeting dated June 4, 2020, staff was directed to prepare a discussion regarding parking in and around the Mill Rd. parking lot. The area is utilized
primarily for boat and trailer parking during the summer and becomes very congested. This discussion will summarize staff management and revenue generation of the self-pay system.
Additionally, the discussion will include a summary of previous management initiatives and identify anticipated challenges for the future.
