2. EXECUTIVE SESSION—6:15 pm: To discuss strategy with respect to Collective
Bargaining with the DPW Union, Town Hall Associates Union, Library Union, Fire
Union, Police Patrol Union,Police Supervisors Union; and to discuss strategy with
respect to litigation(Fire Union JLMC 12-22F), as an open meeting may have a
detrimental effect on the Town's bargaining and litigating positions.

Fiscal Year 2015.
9. MOTIONS, ORDERS AND RESOLUTIONS:
a). Resolution authorizing the transfer of fiords in the amount of$2,739,759 from the
Fiscal Year 2015 Town Health Insurance Account and the Fiscal Year 2015 Town
Council Reserve Account to various Fiscal Year 2015 Fire Department Accounts in
order to fiord the Joint Labor-Management Committee Arbitration Award in the matter
of the arbitration between the Fire Union and the Town of Watertown.

District B Councilor Assessors, in allocating the tax levy shall:

Stephen P.Corbett, ACTS OF 1986, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 126 OF THE ACTS OF

Councilor Al Large provisions of Chapter 73 of the Acts of 1986 as amended by Chapter 126 of
Angeline B.Kounelis, the Acts of 1988 for Fiscal Year 2015 for all those property owners in
District A councilor Watertown who are otherwise eligible for exemptions under Massachusetts
General Law Chapter 59, Section 5, Clausesl7D, 22, 22A, 22B, 22C, 22D,

Now therefore be it ordered: by the Town Council of the City known as the
Town of Watertown that the Town of Watertown hereby accepts the
provisions of Chapter 184, Section 51 of the Acts of 2002 for all those
property owners in Watertown who are otherwise eligible for exemption
under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 59 Section 5 Clause 41C, and
increasing the income and asset requirements by the maximum allowed
under Chapter 184, Section 51 of the Acts of 2002.
