SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The lease associated with the Library copier is expiring as of July 1st, 2020. As part of this replacement the Public Works and City Hall copiers were also reviewed for replacement.
The vendor offered to buy out our remaining last year of contract without rolling those costs into the new contract on those copiers and save us ~$30\month. Additionally, management
of copiers across the City will be easier as this will homogenize all copiers with a single vendor.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the contract extension from Boise Office Equipment (BOE) to replace copiers in Public Works, City Hall and Library, and authorize the Mayor to sign all documents.
